Dear Sir:

	Mr. Page's arch %2comments%1 of April 1976 won't help our
country decide how to replace our fast vanishing oil and gas
resources.  Paying 10 or 15 cents a kilowatt-hour or having to write
a letter to his Electricity Rationing Board explaining why he wants
a light on his porch will perhaps concentrate his mind on
whether the problem is the %2Atomic Industrial Forum%1's somewhat
muddled prose or something else.
